Christine Muscat Director & Founder, CLM Solutions

With over 12 years of hands-on experience as an HR Advisor Im passionate about stripping away the corporate jargon and delivering practical, high-impact people solutions.

My career path is unique having originally qualified as a hairdresser by trade, I bring a refreshing, people-first perspective, sharp intuition, and a genuine knack for relationship-building to the corporate sector.

I specialise in navigating the complex compliance, risk mitigation, and workforce landscapes of the construction, manufacturing, civil, trades Industy's.

I built CLM Solutions’ signature 8-Pillar Framework and 6-Stage HR Lifecycle, designed to seamlessly manage the employee journey from attraction right through to separation.

When I'm not partnering with business leaders or keeping up with the latest Fair Work updates, you can me find me clearing my mind on a reformer studio or managing a busy household with her three sons.

Zoie brings over nine years of full-lifecycle HR experience to the CLM Solutions team, specialising in building strong compliance foundations that drive both business growth and positive workplace cultures. Known for her grounded and approachable style, she partners closely with leaders to implement commercially practical processes that streamline day-to-day operations and elevate the employee experience.

As a working mum, Zoie experienced firsthand the value of workplace flexibility at CLM Solutions further fueling her passion for creating supportive, high-performing environments where both businesses and people thrive.
